Yeah, I think we all have problems with that one! What I found with Concerta...& maybe it's with all meds, or maybe it's just me...once we found the correct dosage, I ALWAYS REMEMBERED TO TAKE MY MEDS! I WAS ACTUALLY EXCITED EVERY MORNING TO DO SO! The times I would forget, my friends would ask me if I took it because you could see that much of a difference in my daily patterns. I know it's $120/mth, but don't be so hard on yourself, you'll get it once you can tell the difference between old you & Concerta you!
